Affton Autoplex does very poor business! I purchased a ******** **** SLK 55 from this dealership with the hopes of being treated fairly. I have spoke with ***** several times my sales manager about my concerns before purchasing vehicle and that they needed to be repair and addressed. My concerns were the front windshield damage also, brakes and rotors were squealing. I have repeatedly ask to get a key fob to lock the vehicle for security purposes . This dealership keeps placing my concerns on the back burner which is unacceptable very poor way to bulid clients. I am requesting that this company fix all that was promised to me for this vehicle.

Customer made none of these issues aware to us at time of sale. Customer called a few days after purchase asking us to fix a loose door panel. We took care of that free of charge. Later Customer called in stating his windshield was broken and wanted us to cover it when it was perfectly fine when the Customer left with the vehicle. We are not responsible for wear and tear the customer puts on their car. Just like the brake issue were now hearing about for the first time in a review. There is a form at purchase called a We owe for any issues the customer would like us to resolve. There was nothing on this form that was signed by the customer. Some people just want everything for free rather than take financial responsibility for their own property.Review from Nathaniel J.

Got a first time loan only to purchase a vehicle that only ran for a week. Autoplex of Affton had me tow it to "their" mechanics up the street at ******************* and I was charged for the tow and additional charges that I saw on carfax that they had already did before I bought the vehicle. And on top of that I'm still stuck with getting it towed to another shop because ******* can't get the vehicle started. Crooks. But every dog has their day.
