I purchased a Scion TC 2.5 coupe 2008. I tried to get the car registered, but the window was broke and ******** (the son) stated that he was going to pay to get the window fixed. I go to the place and I called ********, he would not answer my call until after the window was fixed, and my friend help me get my window fixed. Also, He was clearing the code in order for the car to pass the emissions test and inspection to pass . I was informed of this my a guy who worked there. Also, one of the employees assisted me with purchasing a warranty for car. The warranty paid for a new engine. The engine was put in wrong. I would like a refund in the amount of $2800.00.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding your recent purchase of the 2008 Scion TC 2.5 coupe. We're sorry to hear that you encountered several issues with the car, and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience or frustration that you may have experienced.

Mrs. **** Purchased the 08 Scion in Feb. of 2022. The Vehicle was purchased AS-IS and ******* was informed that she is fully responsible for ALL repairs and expenses incurred on the vehicle. Acting in good faith we paid (parts and labor) to replace a cooling hose that was damaged after the vehicle was purchased.

The Warranty purchased on the vehicle was purchased through a third party. Mrs. **** took her vehicle to a mechanic shop that is not affiliated with us to get her engine replaced. Please advise Mrs. **** to contact the mechanic shop for a new engine replacement.

We hope to have the opportunity to resolve this issue and earn back your trust and business in the future.

      Best regards,

      Salama Motors

Last July 2022 an 18 ******* hit me. I lost my car. I couldn&#**;t pay my bills for 7 months. When I got my settlement, I got all my bills paid and I got a car. I had a hard time to get a car because they repoed the other one. Someone recommended them to me from my church. The company did not give me any paperwork and the axle broke off twice. I had to pay to get my car towed to the company. I had to pay my car note and he rushed to give me my car. I didn&#**;t have my car for long and my tire was making a funny noise. The axle broke again. I asked for a refund and they said they do not refund money. They said they would fix it. He never gave me the title.

This car lot has taken my money and they told me the car needed no work done. Even tho it was an as is car, the car somehow passed inspection and was said that it had no problems. I ended up needing a driveshaft. Bearings. And catalytic converter. This whole car is rusted underneath. They wanted me to come out my pocket to fix the car after it almost broke down.

Customer called a few weeks after she purchased the car.  She inquired about the driveshaft, Salama Motors agreed to pay for half of the repair.  She agreed to pay for the part and we would install it for free.  That is the last communication we had from her.  She never showed up with the part for us to install it.  Even though the car was sold as-is, I tried my best to make her happy.  If she still wants us to fix the driveshaft, we would be more than happy to do so.
