              This doesnt even matter, you only have 1 choice of water company and its them. But thank you Missouri American Water Co for shutting off our water with out warning and then telling me when I call to get it back on that you cant have somebody out until tomorrow. And that you cant even tell me when youll come, I just have to stay home all day and be ready for a call at a random time at your discretion for you to finally come turn it on. Tomorrow is my Fiances birthday and this is single handedly ruining our plans that we had. Please fix this system.

              The customer was sent four letters stating if MOAW was not provided access to the inside water meter the service would be disconnected. The customer did not contact MOAW until the ********************** was disconnected. There is an order to scheduled to change the meter and turn on the water. As long as someone is at the property over the age of 18 to provide access this will be completed.
