I am writing to file a formal complaint against HEG US *** (Server4You) regarding their refusal to issue a refund for the basic fee paid for their services. Despite my reasonable request and the issues I have encountered, the company has unreasonably denied my request, citing an exemption for the setup fee without providing any valid reasons or explanations.On 7 June, I contacted HEG US *** (Server4You) to express my concerns and request a refund for the basic fee due to the persistent and unresolved issues with their server and network backend. Despite my continuous efforts to resolve the problems and the clear evidence that the issues were specific to their service, the company has failed to acknowledge the severity of the situation and has not taken appropriate action to rectify the matter.I have diligently documented my attempts to address the issues with their technical support team and the lack of effective resolutions provided. Additionally, I have pointed out that similar services from other providers, such as WHI, Hetzner, and ReliableHost, have not presented any of the aforementioned problems. Therefore, it is evident that the fault lies with [HEG US *** (Server4You) and their inability to provide a functional and reliable service.In response to my refund request, HEG US *** (Server4You) has cited an exemption for the setup fee, which is not applicable to my situation. The payment I made falls under the category of the basic fee, and I am entitled to a refund for the unsatisfactory services provided. It is unjust and unfair for HEG US *** (Server4You) to deny this refund without providing any proper justification, especially when the service they provided has been inadequate and unusable.I kindly request the intervention of the Better Business Bureau to investigate this case and facilitate a fair and equitable resolution. Specifically, I am seeking a refund for the basic fee paid for the services that were not rendered satisfactorily by HEG US *** (Server4You).
