***** owner of EZ wheel restoration ruined my vehicle by not protecting my vehicles paint from overspray. Charged me $900 for a service and didn't do that service right. Damaged my cars paint, drove my car around without my permission. Refuses to answer my phone calls. Declined to give me his companies insurance information so I can file a claim. I believe he is working illegally now and doesn't even have insurance. His business doesn't even come up on BBB which is another reason I believe it isn't a legitimate registered business. He is doing work illegally and lying to people that he is licensed and insured. I have proof of him telling me he is licensed and insured but he refused to give me the info after ruining my car. Any help will be appreciated. This kind of thing should be punishable. I will be seeking legal action against ***** and EZ Wheel Restoration.Business response

I have contacted the consumer. I bought him a new grill for the car. He gave me permission to drive his car because I delivered it back to him. He also rushed the job.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I never received any replacement parts from *****. I sent him links to the parts but never got anything, never received tracking information after I requested it, never received any insurance information after I requested. The response you received from ***** at EZ wheels is a complete lie. I left him my SUV with a full tank of gas and received it on empty. We live about 10-15 miles away from each other. I also gave ***** one whole extra day to do the job after he told me he just needed a few hours to complete the job. I gave him the extra day because this was the second time the car was going to him to get the job fixed he didn't do correctly the guest time. I have our conversation saved on my phone it was through text messaging. I have proof for everything I just said. If any of that information is needed I can provide that as well.
