I received the attached invoice from this company yesterday. It says it is for services provided to *********************** on several dates in March 2022. I have NO IDEA why this invoice was sent to me. *********************** and I divorced in August 2021. The invoice says Aetna is the secondary insurer. I DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE WITH AETNA AND I HAVE NO RELATIONSHIP WITH AETNA. I HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS INVOICE OR FOR ANY OTHER INVOICES IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SERVICES PROVIDED TO ***********************. I WANT MY NAME REMOVED FROM HIS FILE.Business response
