  We had hail damage to our house on March 14th. On March 15th a consultant from Brandon J was at my front door. After a hard sell and listening how much better Brandon J Roofing was than everyone else, we decided to give them our business. On April 3rd we signed a contract. The consultant said they would do it for the price the insurance quoted and they would need 50% down. Which we paid. He also stated it would take 2 to 4 weeks. We are now into our 5th week. Our next door neighbor, who signed a contract with them a week after us, received their roof in 2 weeks. They did buy some upgrades which we did not. Makes me wonder. We get no replies when trying to contact them also. After several tries, a consultant said that they need more money from our insurance company to start the job. Where does this leave the customer? They already agreed with us and the insurance company to do the job. I feel this is bad customer service, no communication or notifications, and lack of integrity. If you sell a job, you do them in the order that they were taken. At this point I would like to have my money back and find someone else to do the job.

  Stopped at my house asked my to inspect my roof for free, i agreed and then after 30 minutes **** came and showed me some Hail damage and he said he will contact the insurance and take care it from here if I agreed, i approved it and gave him all the information he asked for it. The claim was submitted, and the insurance Company sent their inspector. Came back with a portion fixed. I called ****, asked him to stop by to start working on the roof, but there was no answer. I left a message, waited a few days, and received no response. I called the insurance company, and the agent said we may do the roof. And asked me to send a fixed quote, and will adjust the claim amount. I called again, but **** didnt answer my call, so I left him a message, which was again ignored, and there was no answer. I called the company and told them the whole story. The next day, he called me and said he would stop by my house and give me the key after 10 days. I didn't see him, and there were no calls. They have bad customer service and are not professional, so think twice before hiring them.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Brandon J Roofing, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! ******, our salesperson, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to walk us through the process, answer all of our questions, and ensure that we felt confident about the decision we were making.The installation crew was prompt, courteous, and efficient. They removed and replaced the roof all in one day and did an excellent job, leaving my property clean and tidy at the end of the day. The roof looks fantastic.I highly recommend Brandon J Roofing for anyone in need of roof replacement or repair. The entire team provided outstanding service, and I truly appreciate their commitment to delivering a high-quality product. Thanks again to ****** and the team for such a positive experience!

  Their solicitors refuse to honor no soliciting signs, refuse to leave when verbally asked and fail to show licensing for soliciting activities.

  The process of getting a new roof could not have been easier! There was no high pressure sales, just respectful and reliable service! The crew was prompt, respectful and clean. You wouldnt have even known they were there. The job manager checked in with us and the crew often and did not consider the job done until he had come back a few times to check for himself and with us to make sure we were satisfied. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for any roofing job!

  Not pleased with the company Found a lot of nails around my yard that were never cleaned up. The project manager promised theyd be back to clean it up and if they didnt, someone would. Im having to do it myself and just keep finding more. This was a month ago. I gave it time and now Im angry. I have kids that like running around the yard without shoes Im not usually one to say negative things about a company unless its significant. I was nice about it the whole time because things happen but like I said, its been a month. They also started at 6am and my toddler was sleeping. No one communicated that with me.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Brandon ** Roofing and while our initial contact with the service rep was great, we did not have a good experience with the quality of work performed. The first crew installed the incorrect color drip edge and did some small amount of damage; when another crew was sent out to correct the issues, we ended up with a new set of problems. We would not recommend this company.

  Brandon J Roofing repaired my roof but told me that my original shingles were obsoleted. I found out today that my original shingles are in fact "NOT" obsoleted. I was lied to and very saddened by this type of service. Also, when the new shingles were put on, they were put on crooked. If I could give this company no stars I would. I have the pictures to confirm the disastrous work.

  We just had a new roof put on and it looks amazing. ***** worked directly with our insurance company and he was great to work with. We definatley recommend Brandon J Roofing.

  Brandon J Roofing is the best in ********* Area. Free inspections and the workers were very detailed and the end clean up was absolutely amazing. 10/10. Their follow up to answer all questions was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for a smooth, stress-free, clean roofing repairs!
