My appointment was on September 19th 2023. I had cleaning and x-rays. I was not aware that I had a different dentist until he entered the office when I was in the chair. This ****** was not in the network with United healthcare. I was not told that by the staff. Consequently I was billed $309. They continue to tell me that the dentist was in network with United healthcare but my calls to them told me differently. I've contacted their office at ************. No one is able to help me. My wife recently had an appointment which she canceled because of the situation with the provider. I went by their office and it's closed. When I talked to the main business in Michigan they informed me that they're merging with another comprehensive dental. I've been by that place and it's also closed. We were not notified by anyone that this was happening nor were we told that anytime before my wife's appointment. I started out as a customer with ********** dental approximately 55 years ago. They have since given my account to a collection agency. I have a very good credit score because I always pay my bills on time. But this situation has left me feeling that my hands are tied. I've tried to resolve it but they seem unwilling to work with me in any manner. I have not paid any money yet to resolve this problem.Business response

Bill was adjusted, patient came into office and is aware and was satisfied. The office was closed for renovations that were delayed. Every patient that was on the scheduled was notified by either or both phone call and text message.
