I joint the Anytime Fitness gym back in IN and loved them. I even called to see if they could help me but they confirmed my membership transferred. I since moved to MO and my membership changed to the Saint ****** branch when I started working out there. The gym is not the greatest and more expensive than another gym I was able to find. I have been trying to cancel my membership but there is never anyone in during staffed hours, I tried calling their voice mail was full and since have been able to leave two messages which they have not called back. Other comments on ****** imply this is how this branch works. They just ignore people who want to cancel.Initial Complaint

Anytime fitness owner, *****, has not returned any of my calls or texts that have been sent over the last several months. I live out of town and have been trying to cancel my membership since July of 2023. The corporate HQ for the franchise is no help as well. This seems to be a problem for many who join Anytime Fitness. Please help.Initial Complaint

Anytime fitness says that after commitment is met you can cancel anytime. I went to the gym to cancel in October. Owner says I was sent an email to cancel after filling out form at gym. I never received email. Anytime continued to charge 39 dollars for December, January and February even after submitted cancelation. Even after talking to parent company was still charged for February. Owner after another visit agreed to refund February and refilling out form from 3 months earlier. Refusing to refund December or January.
