I hired this company to install exterior lighting in my front yard. *********** website states that there is a 300 Watt Transformer included. The brochure that their sales rep ***** gave me shows the 300 Pro Watt Transformer manufactured by AMP. Pictures are attached.Their installers connected most of the new lighting system to one of our existing transformers from our old lighting system that is 17 years old and they connected one of the new lights to a second transformer that is also 17 years old. Both transformers are obsolete and have expired electrical components. We wanted the new AMP 300 watt transformer installed and all lights connected to it. All lights should be on one new proper transformer/When I contacted Metro they stated that if I wanted the new transformer (that should have come with my new lighting system as they advertise) that I would have to pay an additional $615.At this point I do not want this company to do additional work at my home. I want a final invoice for $2,765 that states that once I pay the invoice their will not be a balance due.Business response

We value your concerns regarding the lighting installation and understand your perspective from what you saw in our catalog and website. With that said, we have a variety of products in our brochure and on our website that allows every project to be customized and tailored to individual needs. This, however, does not imply that all these products in our catalog or on our website are included with every installation. We regret any confusion that arose when providing you with a design and contract.
While the system we installed aligns with our contract, and works as advertised, we do recognize your perspective. As a gesture of goodwill, we'll deduct $617 from your balance and send out a new invoice.
We apologize for any misunderstanding and truly appreciate your business. Should you need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out.
