      The Homestretch Property Management team is the best! I am a remote real estate investor and purchase properties that need a full rehab to then rent out. The Homestretch team manages the entire rehab and property management for me. I have several rental properties that Homestretch manages for me. The rehabs have turned out great and they place quality tenants quickly. Their team is great to work with, very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I put my complete trust in the team to manage my properties from the day I close. Highly recommend!

      Terrific management company that has steadily improved over time. As an owner I really appreciate their communication, expert insight, and diligence on all matters.They make it possible to leverage your investment and not have to manage it on a day-to-day basis. I am planning to buy more buildings and Homestretch will be my PM company!

      Homestretch has lack of communication, poor professionalism. Maintenance does not answer phone calls, what's an emergency to you is not to them. When leaving a voicemail, they cut it off and text you. Still did'nt resolve problem. The front office staff seems to do bare minimum to help resolve anything, no one responds to emails. Work order sent in April, issue still not resolved. Where we call every 3 days to get an update on repair and no results. Have lived in property for over 2 years with no major issues, until April. We started with Starting Point while they were awesome and on pointe

      Hi ***** we sincerely apologize for any issues you have had. We have been actively trying to replace the stove by working with our appliance vendor and another contractor. That is a very specific size so it takes some time to find a replacement. We are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.

      POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!BE CAUTIOUS with this business They have posted inaccurate charges on my account. HAVE not passed city inspections. Take no accountability. Have no proper resolution system when they are at fault. Desperately trying to pass city inspections now that we are in eviction court. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

      Hi *********, we have tried several times to come to a resolution with you. All the charges on your account are correct. You have not paid rent since November so that is why we were forced to take legal action. You were aware of the inspection status when you moved in and tried to schedule the inspection several times. If you were to pay your rent prior to the court date we would gladly dismiss the case because we dont like having to evict people.

      Since ***** the property manager doesn't come in the office until Tuesday and Thursday payments will be reflect late charges and send past due notices until she comes in the office then back dates the payments and remove the late fees. Until then tenants are sitting in a state of panic not knowing why we are reflecting late. She doesn't respond unless you call her cell phone. I called the answering service all day today and sent emails and sent messages in the portal. As of today August 8th my account is still showing past due and I made my payment on August 3rd at 3:30p.m.

      My agent at Starting Point has been fantastic to work with during my time with them. She has worked tirelessly in recent months in navigating several challenging circumstances. She is proactive, communicates well and is extremely responsive. I have been very pleased with her professionalism and attention to detail. Would highly recommend!
