My vehicle stop working, it was towed to Goza Repair & Services. *** **** notified me my vehicle would need a new engine. I agreed, and paid $4,150 for an engine *** **** found online. Weeks passed, I called *** **** and was told the engine that arrived had a hole in it, so *** **** sent it back. I notified *** **** of our plans on relocating back to **** in September 2021. *** **** stated he was going to have to build the engine piece by piece and due to the hassle will personally send my vehicle back to them once finished. I agreed and checked in monthly yet recieved no response, messages were left with receptionist who said *** **** would call right back. In March 2022 I had contacted my lawyer who contacted *** **** and his response was agreeing to refund the money. *** **** stopped all contact and no money or vehicle was returned.Initial Complaint

Around September we took my daughter's Nissan altima to get checked out. ***** **** said it was a timing chain issue and would fix it. It was no fixed correctly. We paid $2200 to fix it. Day after we got the car back the check engine light came back on and the same issues occurred. January 2022 we had to take to get fixed again and mechanic said the Timing chain issues were not fixed correctly. We have a statement from this mechanic shop. We had to pay another $1100 to fix the issues that we paid **** Auto to fix. ***** **** called us 2 weeks after filing the first BBB complaint where we requested a refund and has not gave us a refund. Today I emailed him and asked for a refund and gave 7 days to get the refund or small claims court will be filed.Business response

I'm sorry that you had problems after your car was repaired. I would love to have had the opportunity to have looked at it and repair whatever failed under warranty, If we would have been given the opportunity.Customer response

We called and left messages, sent emails. Nothing was done. Refund needs to be submitted immediately before court is filed for maximum amount of $5000.
