Tommy Snyder *********************************************** LLC was hired to hang, finish drywall, paint ceilings and walls including trim and doors. The drywall was hung and labor was paid for. Drywall finishing began and is still not complete 6 weeks later. Payment in full for drywall finishing has been made. Painting started at the beginning of April. Three rooms were painted. We noticed many flaws in the drywall finish and paint. This was all pointed out to the owner and he stated he would fix it. We also at this time, informed him that he must use a drywall primer before painting. This was a step he claimed wasn't needed. But it was very clear that the paint was soaking in and not drying to a consistent sheen. Tommy agreed. More painting has occurred and we are seeing the same issues as stated before. We pointed out these issues once again. This is when the owner decided to not have a conversation about issues and just pack up in the middle of the night and leave. At this point, per his request, the painting has been paid in full also. He was claiming he would be complete soon, so we didnt see the harm in paying for it. Tommy also begged to be prepaid for some future trim painting that he was going to come back and do. We met up and came to the decision to pay him a down payment of $2,500 towards this future work. This was on his latest invoice. The current state of the house is as follows: 200 sq/ft closet that still needs taped, 2400 sq/ft garage thats painted with several flaws, three interior rooms painted with several flaws, 800 sq/ft top floor in primer with many flaws (See Pics), and about 4600 sq/ft of house with a 2nd coat of mud and not sanded. I am estimating that around 50 gallons of paint has been wasted at this point.The owner will not answer his phone when I call. We have just one text that says "I'm not going to be able to make you guys happy."
