I hired them prior to Thanksgiving. He didn't prepare the cabinets to be painted. He used the wrong paint. It is peeling and chipping already. He never did the laundry room. He did not paint the kickboard. He had paint spilled on the floors. Now I have to pay someone else to come in and fix it. He told me he would be back. He hasn't yet. We paid him $700, which was half down.Business response

On November 28, I thought I had covid. We had worked 2 days of this job. They run a daycare so I contacted them about it and how I wanted to get tested and I thought they understood. They paid half and when I contacted them back they said the wife's dad was going to finish the job. I did reach out to Mr. ****** after I saw this complaint and said I would like the opportunity to finish the job. They talked about it and decided they would prefer a refund. I am going to refund $500 after the holidays.
