They have twice installed a replacement screen on my google pixel 6. The first one was the middle of last year and they where unable to get my finger print unlock working but still charged me full price (200+$). This was my first time dealing with this company and I was very disappointed. After only six months and without any external damage to the phone the phone started to develop purple spots on it indicating a screen failure. The next weekday I called them and notified them and they told me it was out of warranty. I told them I would come down there sometime within the next month or so to get it replaced and hopefully get at least the discount considering it was obviously a defective screen. Last week Saturday I went and drop my phone off to get the screen replaced at full price at this point I just wanted my phone to be in working order. I picked up my phone it had supposedly been fixed but when I got there my fingerprint sensor was not working after another 30 minutes or so they finally got the fingerprint sensor to work. Less than a day after the fingerprint sensor started acting up and finally quit working after two days. Also my microphone on my phone is not working less than 4 days after getting repaired at this shop.Business response

We offer a 90 day warranty on our screens and are happy to help the customer with any warranty issues, but the customer has not reached out to us regarding any issues after last weeks screen replacement. As far as quality, we used an original equipment manufacturer screen. Meaning the exact same screen originally installed by Googles manufacturer. We apologize if there are issues with the quality. But we are not the manufacturer of the screen.
