I hired ms3contractingllc to do a remodel. We paid $6800 as a down payment. Once he was paid he kept pushing our job out by a week at a time. Then his phone number was shut down and he Disappeared until we Disputed $3000 of the $6800 with the credit card company. Then upon more investigations he had sent me fake insurance information. When I asked about it I was told it was a mistake and then he once again gave me a whole different insurance company after calling the 2nd company I was again told the information he gave was fake. Now he has not started any work, purchased any Is materials for my house nor has he had any subcontractors show up for any reason. So I told him that because of the fake insurance stuff he has sent me two different times. And the work not even being started. I wanted to get a refund on my money and part ways. He refused to refund any money and told me we had to Go to remediation is remediation through the Better Business Bureau to solve the issue. He has lied and provided fake insurance documents to me and is not trustworthy at this point and I would like to get my money back. I have attached the fake insurance documents he had sent me.Business response

I did not send any fake insurance information the documents that have been forwarded are what the documents the insurance sent me. I don't know why the insurance doesn't have me on file I'm resolving that now. The customer cannot receive refund as to I have already purchased materials and sub contractors to start the job in the timeframe we said we were going to I assured my customer that everything is taken care of and I had broke my phone as to why I couldn't contact him since then I replaced my telephone and have been in contact with my customer however he has signed a contract that if he wants to revoke our services on said job he must comply with all the requirements in on said contract. We may be attempting to resolve things on the matter this weekCustomer response
