the transaction I had with this company leads me believe they area a scam. When you call them, they are nice on phone, but that is a bait. I got a low price from them for construction on my house. They made me buy all materials for project. They never knew how they were going execute some work. They did not have a ideas how they were going to fix my foundation and crawl space. We made a contact for a price. I had to buy and ship $2000.00 of materials and products to my house. On the day to start the job they came late to job site by 5 hours. They was to be 4 workers. The Owner was there at my house and he could not talk English. Had to communicate with them through an other worker, When they they showed up they wanted 50% deposit. I offered 25% because they were late. They had secrete meetings trying to decide what to do in Mexican. They said they wanted money and then they would come back. I cant believe that. I started realizing this had tp be was a scam. Nothing added up. They were to brings material. But I never saw any when they showed up. Also, part of the agreement was that I prepaid their hotel for them to stay over night. I also lost that money. I so luckily they did not get my money. I lost $ 2000 in materials that I bought and hotel cost. Omg. Bad encounter with this company. After I made complaints, they said they wanted me to call them. They never answered or called me back and the main person appeared to never be present, or left the company. I also file other complaint with them. Now contact an attorney to take legal action to get money back. Now it is principal. The legal cost a going to be about #1000. Please don't make my mistake. Don't get involved with them. Ask this company about this incident and and ask to get my number from them and call me. They will want to cover this up. They will not give it to you. I can show your the signed contract. Thanks *****

The customer contacted our company for spraying his crawling space,at the initial contact I asked the customer if the house was at least 2 feet up from the ground,(minimum required for access), he said Yes, which was not true, his house was not even one feet up from ground, the crew had no way to access under the house, ( I have 7 pictures of the area) he keeps adding services that he needs to have done previously to insulation service, then he sent to me a contract over email for me to sent it signed with my foreman (which he received and read and refused to give it back to my  foreman) seems like he had his plan in his mind. after the crew talked and find no way to get under the house he was very mad. Previously to send the crew over to his house I spoke with customer over the phone and told him more than once that it is a company policy to have 50% down payment in all projects previously to have his project in the schedule, he refused to pay in the system his down payment, he promised he will write a check for 50% of the invoice's total as soon as they arrive to his location and previous to start working, because he didn't trust my company, he lives about 2 hours away from Sedalia and the crew had to drive for more than 2 hours, I have to pay them the day of labor to 3 man and pay for diesel, I also had to order supplies for his project for about $3,800 dollars and he asked the workers to leave the supplies with him before they leave because he has to recover some of his expenses. (He expend in supplies for his job in his property, that he will use them with one company or other. I called him and tried to solved the situation and he is treating to use my contract to make me pay him money back. I have the same contract with just with my signature on it( the way was sent to him) He never signed and was never an agreement completed between both parties. He is trying to get money from my company one way or the other, I warned him if he is trying to make a bad use of my contract I will sent this case to our corporate attorney. Which I am going to do and also going to ask for my company money loss. Our company is busy with business and try to let go, but due to his insistence I will sent this case to my attorney. First able he had 8" access under this house not 2 feet as he stated, also he didn't comply with 50% down payment previously to schedule, neither when crew arrived as promised, I have all in emails from him, I can print them out and sent to you, I also can sent 7 pictures that was taken while the crew was there. seems to me that the customer is the one trying to scam our company. He also wrote a bad review in my ****** web page saying that we are a scam company, even I have excellent reviews from previous customers,  If this situation escalate, I will do further investigation on this individual who is trying to take advantage of our business.

Thank you for the opportunity of respond to this complaint.
