I think one star is even too much. I heard kitchen concepts to remodel my kitchen and put in granite countertops in September 2021. When he started the demo job, he didnt use anything to block the kitchen and keep the dust from going throughout the house. When the granite countertops came in the space the place for them was not even ready. The gentleman doing the job took four weeks to tile a tiny little backsplash. At one point he felt like he was sick are going to have a heart attack and he left my house totally open to the elements in the middle of November. My garage door was up the door into my house was open my front door was open with the key in the in the lock all the lights are on in the house and he had left at 11 oclock I got home at 4:30 and this is what I found. When I called the owner of the business he said oh Im on my way he called me at 11 and told me that I needed to come and shut my house up. It was not a concern to them that my house was open for anyone or anything to walk into. Luckily I have amazing neighbors to watch my house. My neighbor told me that every day the man would leave for lunch and leave my house in that manner. When I told the owner not to let the man come back he couldnt understand why. The job never was completed correctly. To keep my dishwasher from sliding back, he screwed through the wall of the dishwasher into the cabinet. Now theres a sharp ***** in my cabinet that Ive cut myself on several times. And my dishwasher has been compromised. I would not hire these people ever again I do not recommend them they are not professional. I still have areas that are not right but I do not want them in my house. I am unsure what to do about it.
