we purchased 4 brand new ***** **** trailers from ******** ***** ****. Within a couple of months these trailers started rusting thru the paint. Keep in mind we have not yet used these trailers. I contacted the dealer and manufacture. Its been almost a year since the purchase of these trailers and so far no results to get the paint repaired. The Manufacture of the paint came out and tested the paint they confirm the paint was applied to thin for there recommended thickness. We paid 186,000 dollars for these trailers. so nothing has been done to repair them under the warranty period.Business response

This issue has been resolved. The delay was in obtaining a second quote for the repairs the customer was looking for and also waiting for our paint supplier to review the trailers and provide feedback. We received a report form our paint supplier in mid-January and received the second quote in late January. Based on this, the customer was given the option of two repair shops to choose from. He has made his choice and repairs are expected to begin the week of February 20,2023.
