I took my car to this shop 8 different times for them to fix my and air conditioner and they failed to do so. They installed a compressor and condenser and nothing works. I took it to another shop and the connection they installed had caused the car to leak freon. I want to be reimbursed for the bill I had to pay to get my AC fixed.Business response

Hello *****, yes we did install a condenser and a compressor because both components were bad. The condenser was leaking so badly that it held no freon at all and when we resolved that issue, the compressor was getting power but not engaging - indicating that it was also bad. After we changed those components you brought it back a couple times and we did free work and even installed a new head unit that you provided at no cost to you. While I understand intermittent issues can be frustrating, we never charged you for the additional recharges that your car needed and when selected on AUTO the vehicle did not quit working for us. I'm not sure what connection you had issues with but if you had brought the vehicle back, we probably would have fixed it without charging you.
