      At the sunshine location of this company: Had my car for over two weeks before they got to it. Had to have it towed since it wouldnt start and would have to have it towed to move elsewhere is what they told me. Charged over $800 for a diagnostic fee to be told nothing was wrong with my car. Tried to discuss the bill and they dismissed me as a woman that knew nothing about cars. Said they could offer financing if I couldnt afford it. My issue is they wouldnt explain the bill AND THEY DIDNT FIX ANYTHING. They Would not discuss further and ***** threatened me with a mechanic lean on the title. Terrible business and terrible customer service.

      CROOKS!!! Charged couple hundred $ to scan the check engine light. Replaced a part for a few hundred more. Next day light came back on. Another scan $$$ despite my complaining they should do this for free since they didn't fix the problem the first time. This time they replaced a whole assembly because they said the bad component was not individually replaceable. This cost me almost $3000. Next day light came on again. Took car to an auto parts dealer who scanned for free. Told me the $3000 repair was a scam because the "bad" part did not require a whole new assembly. They recommended a different repair company. That other repair company also did the scan for free and they confirmed the $3000 repair was unnecessary. They replaced a part under $20 and fixed the problem.ASH

      I didn't take my car there I canceled and since then I have been getting harassing phone calls when I say I don't want the service. I have been cursed at and talked to any kind of way by these people. If I counld give ZERO I would.

      o not make the mistake of taking your vehicle to these ******. Spent 3700.00 to have an oil leak fixed on one of my service vehicles. Told them it was the oil cooler as Im familiar with the Vans since i've owned several of them. Told me it would take a week, Kept the van 3 weeks. A week after I got the van back it started leaking again. They charged me to fix the oil leak and because I told them not to actually change the oil cooler just the gaskets they would not warranty it. In the meantime I dropped off another Van identical to the one I had just picked up. Was told it would be a week and cost around 2400.00. 3 weeks later I was informed it would be 5800.00. I asked if i could just pick it up since I didn't want to spent that much on it. I was told sure its in pieces that I would have to send a tow truck to get it and it would cost 1900.00 as is or 2400.00 if they reassembled it. I told them to go ahead and fix it. Well when I got the van back 2 weeks later, the bill was 6200.00 and it did not run any better than before. It was actually worse. I was told the particulate filter was the problem. So I punched it out and still no power. They changed a bunch of parts that had nothing to do with the initial problem.. And on top of that I now have a fuel leak and an oil leak I didn't have when I took it in. The fuel and oil have leaked onto my alternator and ruined it. Which I have to have repaired and the alternator itself was 300.00. These people are horrible mechanics and bad people. Stay as far away from these ****** as you can. Wish I would have asked around before I took my vehicle to them because everyone I mentioned them too immediate said. OMG you didn't take your car to them did You!! There ******!

      In Jaunary, 2022, I needed to have my spark plugs replaced. The tried lying to me and tried unchanging a total of approximately $500 to replace parts costing $150 and 10 minutes worth of labor at $350 per 10 minutes. These people are greedy and dishonest. Do not use this place. They do not tell the truth and they keep your car and claim they worked on it for 2 hours when they only spent 10 minutes. ***********, ** locations: AVOID THEM!!!!

      We will need more information. Such as, name of customer, vehicle make and model, and date of visit. Without this information we would not be able to determine the issue or how to resolve the issues.

      If I could give this a zero rating, I would. We took our SUV there a few weeks ago because the starter was dragging and to check the transmission.They did everything but that. They checked the car fax report and said the car had never been worked on before we had it. So we let them do a tune up, etc. It cost us around $1300. We're not wealthy by any means, so this almost wiped us out. The next week the starter was still dragging, and it had trouble starting. So we took it back in hopes they would honor their warranty. They didn't. It cost us another $600. We couldn't afford it, so we were offered a credit plan.When I was on the phone with the finance company, she said she was going to email the contract. The email never arrived. So she asked, (knowing it wasn't legal), if she could sign the contract for us. She read the paperwork to me over the phone and said the interest rate was 1%. I agreed because we needed our car back. The paperwork arrived in the mail and the interest is 140%!. We're paying this off as quick as possible.
