My Case Number with Mazda is ******** A week go the car broke down and I had it towed from ******* to *********** I took it to a different automotive place because I didn't want to take it to the dealership Diagnosed it and told us it should be under warranty because it was a factory issue certified pre owned They took it here on Tuesday and then my wife called to see what was going on. We keep was getting the run around about where to leave the car Reliable Mazda has repeated hung up on us.My wife spoke to the Service manager **** and he was treating us like he was bothered by us. He then told us it wasn't going to be covered on warranty but I know it is a motor issue and should be under the warranty They then had trouble getting someone to check the vehicle out.The entire week they have had the car nothing has happened .On Saturday we called and now they are saying they are not sure its covered under the warranty/They have been giving us the run around during this entire ordeal. The Estimate we received at the repair shop we took it to first is at 1700 dollars so I need to know if it is covered under warranty or not.
