      I went to purchase a vehicle for my father. It was raining. It was early morning. Me and my son went in the office and he had no rug on the floor and the floor was tile. Even though it was rainon the way out. I fell and busted my knee and my hand he helped me get up. Let me set in his office after he put a rug down. And told me if I need anything to let him kno I went to the hospital. My brother came to purchase the vehiclecho I called him the next day to ask him his insurance information and he told me I was lying. My hand is broke. And my knee I have to see a specialist. He got really upset. And said it was not his fault, but he would call me back. He blocked my phone numbor so I called from my son's phone. Then he blocked my son's phone I took the car to have the oil changed to get ready to give it to my dad. The dealership told the oil Pan has a bunch of metal in it. And the whole engine was shot eye contacted him on Facebook Messenger. He looked at the 3 messages. I sent him and he blocked me. So I called for my daughter's phone and he told me. I'm not supposed to contact him because of my lawyer. I wasn't contacting him about the vehicle. That needs a new engine that I just paid basically $10000 for. He hung up on me and now. My daughter's number is blocked. My brother has contacted him 7 times and left voicemails. Because on the title he put the wrong address to send it to. O, he also has his number blocked. He has a lot of good. Everyone says he's a nice guy. But this is what's wrong with the world today. People never do the right thing. I need some help to figure out. What I can do about the vehicle? My father cannot afford to lose $10000 and the new engine thru. The dealership is over $16000.

      To start with, I have never "ripped off" anyone! This review is a far shot from the truth.Mr ***** fell outside of my building not inside,He said nothing of the floor whenHe fell, only that his  "knee gave out" there are in fact always rugs in the interior of the door. The rug I laid down after he fell was outside on the concrete to help him stand. (All of which is recorded on surveillance cameras both inside and out.) Only did I stop contact with him after I was threatened that he would "take care of this another way."
      Now on to the matter of the vehicle. This unit was in perfect running condition and actually just had a deal of work done to it including a full service with receipts from the shop! In addition, I personally drove this vehicle (as I do all of my inventory) and it had zero issues mechanically or otherwise.

      In the meantime Mr. *****'s brother contacted me telling me that he took the vehicle to a different mechanic and they stated that there was nothig at all wrong with the vehicle, it did not need any repairs and it was mechanically sound.


      It seems to me, Mr ***** is simply in pursuit of some kind of money grab or a fraudulent attempt of. It is unfortunate that he chose me and my business to stage this attack

      This is the situation my brother never talked to him and never took the car to a different mechanic. I had the car until my father got it. So no one took it anywhere but me. I took it to ****** ***** on **** ******* They are the ones that told me the engine was shot simple. I have the paperwork to prove that. You can tell what don't make sense from his response. I fail and said nothing but he continued to say. I said my knee gave out. But I thought I said nothing. I fail from the inside through the door to the concrete out front. He said he has video surveillance to prove that. Please share that's not true at all. The surveillance will show. He brought out a rug. Put it on the inside of the door where there was no rug so I could get up and come inside. He brought a chair outside for me to use to get up. Not a rug, the rug he put on the floor.  Inside the door where a rug should have been. Please ask him to send the video of me falling outside. As far as a moneygrab, I'm pretty sure I make enough money. I don't have to worry about a money grab never have. I never told him I would handle it in another way. I asked him the day after for his insurance information for medical bills. He went off and told me it wasn't his fault that I return. I told him it was his responsibility.  He told me he would call me back and he blocked my phone number. Then I called from my son's phone and he answered and told me it wasn't him when I called about the car. I sent him messages on Facebook. He read them and then mark them.  Unread and blocked me. I have every piece of evidence that I have stated. I can send every last piece of it all I want is for him to send the video of where I did not fall on the inside.  I fell outside because there is none I fail inside forward. Hit the door and fell the rest of me outside and there was no rug on the floor until he brought one. So if someone wants to contact me? I can send them every bit of conversations. I've had with him with proof and a copy of the bill from ****** ***** in *********** that literally looked at all the metal shavings in the oil Pan.  And if he has all this work done on the car, where are the receipts for any of it? Why would you not give that to the customer? When they buy the car, nothing was in that car because no work has been done. He's a narcissistic pathological liar and Hopefully other people do not lose their hard-earned modelete with shotty businesses like this.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,
      I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue concerning false claims made against my business, ****** Auto Sales LLCAs a reputable business owner deeply committed to providing quality products/services to our customers, it is disheartening to have to address false allegations that can potentially damage our business's reputation.
      First and foremost, I would like to provide some background information regarding the person making these false claims. His name is ******* *****, and he has made several false statements in public forums and online reviews about our business that are intentionally misleading and damaging. ******* ***** has shown a clear intent to harm our business's reputation without any legitimate basis for his claims.
      To provide more context, we have thoroughly reviewed our records and customer interactions relating to the claims made by ******* *****. Our investigation reveals that these claims are entirely unfounded, and we have found no evidence to support any of ******* *****'s allegations. He is not a customer of ****** Auto Sales LLC, infact it was his Brother ***** ***** who purchased the Vehicle and I am good standings with. ***** ***** informed me during our 11 minute phone call @ 11:40 am December 5, 2023 of a second shops diagnosis which found the vehicle to be mechaniclly sound. 
      We take pride in our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and diligently addressing any concerns that our customers may have. 
      As a business owner, I understand the importance of the BBB's role in ensuring fair and ethical business practices. I kindly request that you conduct an investigation into this matter and take appropriate action to address these false claims made by ******* *****. We pursue this course of action not only to protect our business's reputation, but also to uphold the integrity of the customer review process and prevent any further false statements from being spread.
      Enclosed with this letter, please find copies of all paperwork including work done to the vehicle (2011 Dodge Durango Vin# *****************) prior to purchase. Also records showing communication and transaction documents between myself and my customer ***** *****. These documents are provided as evidence to support our claim that false allegations have been deliberately made against our business.
      I trust in the thoroughness and fairness of the Better Business Bureau's investigation process, and I have full confidence that you will handle this matter with the utmost professionalism and integrity. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.       I am rejecting this response because:
      HeHe is right, I was not a customer. My brother had to purchase the vehicle. Because I was in the hospital and I could not purchase it myself. That's the only part of this conversation he has correct. My brother talked to him. He had the paperwork messed up and would not return. My brother's calls for a while.  He did get that part straighe blocked my phone number. My son and my daughter's phone number unblocked unblocked and then blocked me again on Facebook Messenger so I could not talk to him about the vehicle.  I myself took it to another shop because of the oil leaking from it. All that shop did was tell me the dipstick was broke. They did not tell me. The vehicle was running sound which it is not regardless of his.Receipts that he could have or may have done, but if he did do them. Why were they not given to my brother when he purchased? The fall in his shop was real. My wrist and my knee is. He had no carpet on the floor.  Simple if he had this information on the vehicle for items he replaced supposedly. Why was it not given with the vehicle? Makes you wonder, doesn't it? But he's saying.  That all my facts are not facts. X like he said, I would love an investigation into this fall. And I also have a copy of the only shop that looked at. That vehicle for engine failure was Corwin Dodge.  Here in ***********. And for him to say that I was slandering his business. That's the point of Google reviews in website reviews. They are to say your feelings on how a company treated you.  That's the whole point of it so I did nothing wrong. He was just mad. He could not stop me from doing it.
      So an investigation would be fabulous. But I have a lawyer for the fall. The only thing that I needed was an answer.  About what was wrong with the car and I could not get that. Because of His shady business practices. So I do not accept anything less than what I deserve from this company. I'm not some friend that's gonna leave a good review. Just because they know you. I'm gonna treat you as I would want to be treated.
