This is the 2nd time i have paid for my food at this restaurant, and did not receive anything. I was told by the "manager" months ago the first time i had a complaint about the service, that she was issuing me a refund by mailing my coupons. I NEVER received them and after i called back numerous times, she refused to answer my calls. This time, they took my payment, yet again for $23 and then after told me that they had no ice, and were out of beef. Workers claimed this lady would call me after they wrote down my info to refund me, and still no call after many attempts filing complaints with taco bell corporate. I want a refund for both occurrences that were $23 each. i do NOT want this lady supposedly sending out coupons, i want the refund on my debit card. Absolutely ridiculousCustomer response
