On Dec. 26, 2021 I had my daughters birthday party at Itty bitty city in Springfield Missouri. I booked it there because the ad stated that I would have a “party pal” To help set up, take down the party, and basically help with anything I needed. The ad also stated they would sing to my daughter and parade her back to her room along with basically be there to help me in anyway I needed. They did not do any of that, I had to go find them for absolutely everything the ad said they would do. I had zero help the whole time. In conclusion, everything that is promised and advertised in the ad that I paid $231 for was not delivered. I would have saved well over half by just paying for our admission which is essentially what I did.I also ordered juice boxes and ice cream that were not received until I asked. Before I left I explained to them my dissatisfaction and they gave me an email address to the new owner. She stated she would issue a partial refund and after waiting for nine days I emailed her back. She sent me a $14 refund for the ice cream and juice boxes and said that was all I was getting and when she responded today stated I was no longer allowed to go to the business. I’ve paid for a birthday party there so that I would have help as a single mother of three babies. I had zero help and I actually had to go ask for every single thing that was supposed to be required. The owner has been nothing but extremely rude and difficult through all of our correspondences all I am asking for is the refund she stated she was going to give me. She took over the business five days prior to our party and I am guessing she is just trying to save on money. I generally love the business and do not want to give it a bad name, we have always enjoyed it. It really is a great place, however at the end of the day I paid for a service I did not receive, asked for a refund, was promised a refund and then the business backed out. I am attaching email correspondences as well as their ad.

I would like to start off by saying she has been to our facility 6 times in the last 6 years, only two of those times have even been in the last 3 years. I had apologized numerous times for her dissatisfaction in your party.
She states that it would have been cheaper not booking a party, but adding it up she brought 10 kids to the party which is $110, IF there was only 1 adult per child that's $40, a room rental for 2 hours is $50, plus ice cream cups and juice boxes were $14. Total makes $214, add tax and then it's $231.33
She got a $14 refund for her extra items she ordered that she still received just at the wrong time.
Everytime a staff member had checked on desirea they said she was unfriendly, and she even yelled at one of my employees. The child's birthday song and parade were in fact completed.
As for the original refund timeline, I apologized and took full responsibility for, as she stated I am the new owner so there was a lot going on. But I sent her a refund the very next day I was in the office.
After refunding her the amount, she had emailed me 5 times within 3 hours (not during business hours) and went through Facebook to message the previous owner and even started calling my husband's personal phone, so at that point we asked for her to not come back to our facility.
I will not be issuing any further refunds as I have already explained to her.
      Thank you,
