      I asked them to fix the furnace. It's a Hardy brand. A man came out and cleaned the furnance, but didn't fix it. He whined and complained the entire time. They sent me a text asking for a review on their platform. I didn't give them a good review. The furnace isn't working. He told me that he didn't know anything about electricity. He charged me $105.00 more than what was quoted over the phone for all the time back and forth from his truck, stalling in my opinion. They quoted me $225.00. They charged me $330.00.

      To whom it concerns:

       Ms. ****** hired us to clean her outdoor wood-burning furnace. The estimate which is exactly what it is of $225 is a minimum. The unit needed a lot of extra time and attention which resulted in the increase. We were on-site for three hours cleaning. We are not a furnace repair company. We are a cleaning company and we performed the job that we were hired to do. Thank you.

      They sent a technician to clean the hose in my dryer. He banged the hose against the trash can. They charged me for 3 hours, but he was not here that long. I have a witness that saw he was only here for less than 2 hours. He said it should be working. I used it and 3 hours later, it still didn't get hot. They sent another person out the next day and he found out I needed a heating element. I bought for the heating element. The first technician should have told me that. The first guy never used the tool to assist with the cleaning. The first technician told me to use it. He said it was working.

      Ms. *********** has no reason to be upset with us. We have about 6 hours into this job and charged her a total of $229. Labor rates average around $100 an hour. Not only did we have to take her vent apart to get the clog out, (there was no airflow)we also cleaned it, put it back together, told her that it was likely a bad heating element the first time around because it was blowing but it wasn't hot air coming out. She refused to believe us and had my technician carry her groceries in her house for her. The second tech that went out was berated for an hour and had a difficult time leaving because Ms. *********** just yelled at him and complained about us all the way to having issues getting copper compression socks for her son. Ms. *********** also had that technician clean her vacuum out for her because she tried to blame the vacuum being dirty on us. She also admitted to me that the second tech was very efficient. So, she's admitted that she got a job well done and yet she expects a refund.

      Ms. *********** is very good at manipulation and is falsely accusing us of all her problems. A bad heating element has absolutely nothing to do with us. We cleared out a major fire hazard for her.

      She also stated that she expected us to pay her electric bill because she ran her dryer without it drying. Again, the bad heating element, which she stated in this complaint she has replaced. 

      We were hired to clean the vent. We did that and much, much more all the while charging her less than half of what she should've been charged.

      On one of our conversations yesterday, I told her we went well above and beyond for her and that I don't understand what she's upset about. She couldn't answer me. All she is trying to do it seems, is have work done for her without paying for it.

      She stated that she saw us cleaning the vent out and putting the lint in her dumpster on this complaint yet she contradicted herself yesterday when she said that she didn't see us do anything. 

      She also said the first technician was only there for 5 minutes. Now it's two hours as stated in this complaint. Numerous contradictions here.

      I am empathetic to her that she had to spend the money to have the element replaced and have such a dire and dangerous situation handled, but we have done nothing wrong.
