      Ive used PC Pros twice to recover documents I thought were not retrievable. On both occasions they recovered the files while I waited. They came highly recommended to me, and I am highly recommending them to you. Affordable , knowledgeable, and fast. I always to people who have a repair or recovery to go to PC Pros. Probably a dozen friends and coworkers have gone there and everyone was extremely happy! You will be too!

      I took my laptop to PC Pros to have the screen replaced. When they returned the laptop, the touch mouse was no longer functioning and the chassis was cracked. I was able to fix the mouse myself. However, the screen they put in the machine has a dead pixel with a large halo defect around it. But because PC Pros did such an awful job with everything else, I can't even take the screen back. A warranty is useless if you can't trust the business providing it. The only good thing was that they were fast.

      We are terribly sorry that you had this type of experience with our company and we want to make sure that you know this is not a typical outcome. We strive to take care of each computer that comes through our door as if it were our own and we do our absolute best to take care of our customers equipment while it is in our care.When your machine was dropped off with us for repairs, the *** screen was broken, the plastic bezel around the screen was cracked in multiple places, and the hinges were missing several screws (we think someone else tried to repair it first and gave up). That being said, we were able to replace your screen, replace the missing screws, and luckily, we were able to semi-repair the broken bezel (at no additional charge). It is entirely possible that the incident that broke the screen assembly, and the bezel could have also cracked the bottom cover as you mentioned in your review.When a customer comes in to pickup their computer, we always boot it up and let the customer take it for a test drive. This helps to ensure that all services were performed to our customers satisfaction and that there wasnt something that we might have missed or overlooked because as mentioned earlier, we want every one of our customers to have a great experience with us.Again, we are very sorry that you had such a bad experience with us.Your replacement screen does come with a 90-day warranty, and if you would like to utilize that, please feel free to stop back in with your machine and well be happy to rectify that issue for you quickly.
