I prepaid >$3000 for granite countertops in early 2022. I had some other work that needed to be done in the kitchen before they could be installed. At that time, Granite &Tile was very understanding. It took longer than expected to get the work done in the kitchen, so it was early 2023 before I was ready for the countertop install. (Of note, I did pay for a sink and faucet that I picked up from them and had installed independently). I contacted G&T and set an appointment (in my home) for measurements. There was no call and the person no showed. I had a hard time getting hold of someone at G&T-- when I was able to talk with a person, a second appointment was made. Again, no call, no show (for the second appointment). Very difficult time getting hold of a person at G&T, left messages and never got a call back. When I was able to actually speak with a person to discuss two no calls and no shows for appointments, I was told they would need to call me back. I have never gotten a call back. I have not been able to speak with a person and I have left multiple messages. I would like a full refund of all monies paid. Thank you for your help, ***
