      I was sold a fraudulent warranty, I was over the miles the day I bought a the policy. Which was not gone over with me at the time of purchase. Top of page three said anything over 125000 all seals and gaskets would not be repaired at any level of warranty. At purchase I was at 137000. I bought the car on late November 2021 , I went in for an oil change to discover that the oil housing unit needed to be fixed because of the gaskets and seals they denied the claim to fix the car. I tried to speak with blue current and they would not take any ownership that they have sold a fraudulent policy and the agent that sold it to me received bonuses off of me for selling them to me. At any resolve they said the only thing they could do would be to remove all of policies off of my loan. And possibly get into further debt which I was ultimately denied for to have the cost of the repairs covered. When I wanted to speak with somebody about that they were rude and accused me of having no proof of anything that had been done and try to force me to go to the same agent that all of the problems came from. They would only refund a prorated amount for both warranties. They could not provide a new payment date or amounts of refunded added to the loan. The agent named Stephanie C. Failed as well to add insurance documents to my loan proving that I had insurance causing them to add another 1500 to the loan they said that would also be prorated to refund part only even though I’ve had insurance through for ******* ********* ******* and can prove it since the day I purchased the vehicle.

      Our management team has reviewed and researched your complaint. The vehicle service contract you purchased clearly discloses what services and repairs are and are not covered based on the mileage of the vehicle at the time of the claim. You signed and were provided a copy of the vehicle service contract at the time of purchase. Just because the repair you are requesting falls in the “not covered” category does not mean you purchased a fraudulent vehicle service contract. Nor does it mean our agent employed deceptive practices at the time you purchased the vehicle service contract. Again, the terms of the vehicle service contract were disclosed to you at the time of purchase.

      Our staff has assisted you throughout this week and have reported that you have yelled and used foul language on several occasions. Per your request, the vehicle service contract has been canceled and a prorated refund will be applied to your loan balance. The refund should be received by the end of this week. A staff member will notify you once this is complete.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I keep my composure the entire time as I was called little girl and have a bankruptcy thrown in my face after I referred it just because you pass a piece of paper and you in text message from tell me something else that’s not the same thing. I was provided but was not have any part of the warranty actually gone through or gone over with me they said here sign and we’re done. Now perhaps it’s the other company that is denied my claim even though it sits on top of it and it have oil to go. my complaint is if you do not actually go Warranty with me after she said basic things will be covered and I excepted apparently one of the highest ones that I can get if you read the contract even covered parts gaskets and seals are covered because it was over 125,000 that is my complaint I would not have purchased car or warranty. Which with purchasing this warranty three months ago i’m finding out that no gaskets and seals can be covered on anything on the policy because I was over the limit at the time of purchase. It’s regards to any foul language I’m using why is there no proof provided I would like to see that I have never caused problems up there they have worked with me as well on several occasions so I wanna understand why they are saying that I’m doing a whole bunch of things when I’m certainly not.  I have been a member there for several years up until the last year have not been treated very well by then it seems that if I filed a bankruptcy even though I reaffirmed my dad I am not trash and that’s how they treated me. I have always paid my loans I got a credit card through them and alone after the bankruptcy was done.
