    I have not received payment from this company after multiple communication attempts. In the contract, it states, “The client’s check will be mailed within 14 business days following the sale.” Our sale concluded 12/4. 14 business days after that was 12/23. When I still had not received the check or had any communication from the company by 12/29, I texted the business cell phone and got no response. The next day, I texted the owner's personal cell phone. She responded (12/30) that she put the check into the mail at 10 after 5 JUST THAT DAY, so she didn’t know if it would go out on 12/30 or 12/31. On 1/6, I still had not received the check, so I texted both cell phones asking if she had sent the check to the correct address and got no response. I contacted her again on 1/7 (2+ weeks after the check should have been mailed according to the contract) stating that I would file a complaint with the BBB if I had not received payment by 1/10. At 10:30 that night, I got a text that said, “I’ve heard it took a week to get mail in town.” I checked the USPS website's Informed Delivery page before filing this complaint, and no check is coming today (1-10) from this company. I have phone records and texts to document the statements I’ve made in this complaint.

    The sale was over April 25. It is now June 1 and no check. I asked for my house key back no house key they left trash in one closet some of things in that trash or items that should have been donated not thrown in the trash, they sold my appliances, even though I checked, do not sell Appliances on the contract . they did not get the water valve turned off properly when they disconnected the refrigerator. It caused a leak that damaged the garage wall and three large storage units up against the wall.
