This business cannot be trusted to adhere to customer satisfaction coming from neighbors around the sale and from owners of the property. Sale conducted ***** July 2023. Company changed the pre-contracted dates of the sale without written notification resulting in items without prices. Business would not respond timely or at all (several days after sale) with text/calls resulting in bad communication after the first consultation. This company would not share any comments about the sale until 14 business days after the sale. During the sale employees left during scheduled period. Many items were not marked with prices resulting in customer dissatisfaction. As owners of the property we were very displeased and would not recommend this company to other property owners. No further communication is required. This is our evaluation of service only and hope it will be shared with others on your BBB site.

Yes, our company did change the date of the sale BUT, permission to do so was given to us by your brother who visited us in the home prior to the sale. In response to our business not responding to your calls or texts, this to IS NOT correct. We communicated with you and your sister on several timely occasions. It seems the communication issues may have been between you and her. Per our legal contract, it stated you would receive a check with a written summary of your estate sale results, 14 business days after the end of your estate sale. This to was done as promised to you. I am unsure what you are referring to when you wrote in your review that employees left during scheduled period. We are not a direct employees of *****************. We are a business who was contracted labor to work for you, and with that we make our our work schedule. Our legal contract, (of which you have a copy), does explains our working hours to you and you agreed to this when you signed the contract. At absolutely no time during the open estate sale hours did we ever leave them home unattended for any period of time. Your estate sale was always fully and properly staffed. As with all our estate sales, not all items are marked with a price tag. Some items are sold with a price sheet referring to said unpriced items. This is a practice we've used for 8 years and it has always proven to work great for others with no complaint. We are sorry you were displeased with your sale. We feel we made very good communication for you and your family prior to and following your estate sale. Again, we believe the communication issues were likely between your family members. Your check was hand delivered on time and this sale has been settled.
