Hello I was a customer looking to find a certain game (The DC universe deck building game) and had spent all morning looking for it at multiple stores and this store popped up on my search and I went to try it because ****** said it was open and from the pictures looked very much the place that would have what I'm looking for. But when I pulled up to the store the open sign wasn't on and there was no sign as to explain why. There were signs crudely made with crayons notifying you of when they were open (which was the same as ******s time) and that a face mask was required but nothing about being closed. And I saw lights on in the store so I called once got many rings then all the way to voice-mail. Then waited just in case they were busy and called again which they immediately rejected my call and i find that to be extremely rude and unprofessional if you need to put me on hold that's fine but to outright reject my call is 100% saying we don't want your business and with a smaller store in this economy seems outrageous. I was ready and willing to spend money at your store but now I will not and I will be sure to notify all my friends and family to avoid this place in the future.

If we are ever not open during our hours posted then we make our best effort to leave a sign or post on our ******** page (which is the best way to reach us). As a smaller business, sometimes we have issues that would not affect other businesses because we cannot afford a staff of employees. We do our best to provide an easy and safe shopping experience for our customers so we apologize we could not do that for you.
