            I was connected to Elite Renovations through a claim filed with my home warranty company American Home Shield. We had a loud noise coming from underneath the floors of the house whenever flushing any toilet or running the washing machine. We worked with Elite Renovations from July 22nd till September 20th. Their office and technician were never able to identify and or fix the problem. The technician made 2 house calls and ultimately installed a pressure reducing valve. The week of September 20th 2021 I contacted ****'s Plumbing in Springfield MO for a 2nd opinion. ****'s determined that the pressure reducing valve PRV was faulty and the cause of our issue. ****'s installed a new PRV and our problem was immediately solved. When I contacted Elite on September 24th I requested a refund for the PRV. Elite has refused my request. I have spent $452.64 total with Elite over these past couple of months. I am requesting a refund of $252.64 for the cost of installing a defective PRV.

            Had both bathrooms remodeled, required 3 different contractors that were professionaly coordinated by this company. Neat, thorough workmen and a quality result at a reasonable price. Worked with us on selection of materials and hardware. Timely process as agreed. Would readily recommend this company.
