      I ordered a Valentines day chocolate covered strawberry bouquet and balloon for my daughter who is attending *************************. I ordered from the store located on ****************. Late on February 14th someone from the store called and informed me that they wouldn't be able to make the delivery and wanted to know if it would be ok if they delivered it the next day if they took off the $15 delivery fee. I told her that was unacceptable because it wasn't going to be delivered on Valentines Day and that is what the order was for. Plus they advertise free deliveries but decided to add the delivery fee for Valentines deliveries. So, a delivery on the 15th wouldn't have normally had a delivery charge any ways. The girl asked what would be satisfactory. I told her I expected a substantial discount for valentines purchases that wouldn't be delivered on Valentines day. That is when a man yelled from the background (the owner or manager) I don't know which. He yelled that they had over 300 orders that they weren't going to be able to deliver on time. I told him I believed I deserved a discount because of the poor service. He told me he wasn't giving any discounts and not to f@@king order from him the next time. I informed him that I had no intentions of ever ordering from Edible Arrangements again. He then said the order would be delivered tomorrow and hung up on me. Nothing has ever been delivered but my card was charged for the full amount and never been credited.

      What a disappointment and rest assured this will be our last visit and my reason is twofold.My wife and I dropped by their store on Battlefield. We ordered a mini holiday platter for some business owner friend downtown *********** who operates a retail establishment just below our loft as we often give each other gifts throughout the year, and since my wife ******* said their platters were to die for in appearance and favorable since her salon artist friend who does her hair shared with my wife and other customers one of their platters.I was a little disturbed at how we were treated by an individual who advised us she was the manager that the store clerk (a charming person) had to call upon to get approval for a military discount which in turn wanted proof of my military service, claiming that all who served in the military has identification.First and foremost, in the 70s and 80s, such identification was not issued upon discharge, and I do not usually carry around my discharge papers due to the sensitive information listed on them. Still, she did say she would give one this time but would never give me one again without it making us feel less valued as customers throughout this conversation.So today, the 19th, we picked up this mini holiday platter driving 12 minutes to our home from the brick-and-mortar store; upon arriving, looking at the platter, we became frustrated seeing the strawberries wilted and the product display just horrible, even ******* holiday trays are presented in a much better fashion than that Edible Arrangements. The ones we saw in the cooler were outstanding, so no need to check, we thought, leaving us wondering why ours was so poorly put together.And I get this replay:We're sorry to hear that our arrangement and service did not live up to expectations, ****. Our aim is to bring people together with carefully designed products and we've failed to deliver on that promise. Please reach out to us at xxxxx or xxxxx so that we can find out more about your experience and earn back your trust.Today I called xxxxx and after a long hold I was told no complaint was on file and the lady on the other end said that no complaint was on file and she did not like how I was speaking to her and I advised her this was in response to my online complaint (I had no idea I was speaking to this same rude manager at the local store who they transferred me to without knowing) She advised me that none of this was true and I would have to call corporate and hung up on me. WOW!After speaking with the owner today by the name of xxxx he refused to accept any responsibility and indicated I was in the wrong with him even saying he refunded my credit card when in fact we paid by cash.
