I visited the salon on 7/21/23. The person who cut my hair was ********* the salon manager. I asked to have my hair cut strait across where it would lay flat against my back. After she cut my hair it didn't look like it was straight and it didn't look right. She assured to me that it was. At that time I just put my hair in a ponytail because it was raining, paid for the service and even paid her a tip. When I got home later that day I noticed first off there were long sprigs hanging that was the original length of my hair, it was choppy and didn't lay flat. It wasn't just a little off, it was really crooked. My husband even noticed this. I called the salon immediately and the lady that answered said that if she could fix the hair cut she would but due to their policy she couldn't. She recommended I call back the next day and speak directly to ********** When I called the next day the person that answered said ********* was busy. When I told her who I was, she said that she spoke to me yesterday and would give the phone to ********** When I spoke to ********* I told her about my haircut and said I wanted a refund. She said she doesn't know what I could've done to my hair when I left the salon. I told her that I couldn't have caused my hair to grow long sprigs overnight. She said that due to their policy she wouldn't issue a refund but I could come back in for her to fix it. I told her I didn't want her to fix my hair and that she should've fixed it the first time. She said I was being rude to her although I wasn't. She said I was happy when I left and they had cameras. I told her that was good and it would show me expressing concern about my hair before I left. She repeated again that my option was to allow her to fix my hair. I told her I didn't feel like I should have to pay for a haircut that was done poorly. It's not just about the money, it's about her demeanor and how she blamed me for her mistake. I felt so disrespected.Customer response

The company has reached out to me and has resolved my matter. They refunded my money. It was resolved favorably by me.
