    My HVAC system which I purchased less than two years ago had the wires burn up and about burned my house down. He had to come out several different times after the initial installation because of poor work. He also had an electrician come out and wire it up because he could not. I tried calling, texting, and emailing him on January 16th, 2024, and finally got a hold of him using a different number on January 29th, 2024 after attempting to contact him about warranty information. He said to call **** and that he was not going to look at it. I just want my HVAC to work and to have someone come out and check it out under warranty.

    Owner claimed that the problem was the AC system had insufficient coolant. Owner claimed that recharging the system would fix the problem probably for a few years, and if not, that the owner would be happy to help get it fixed through the Trane warranty program. Owner claimed that the service would be one price prior to providing service, and then charged a significantly higher price later after services were rendered and claimed they never said the lower price despite it being recorded and heard by three other persons who did not even live at my address or have any financial gain from charging an inflated price. Owner claimed when we called back a few weeks later that the system needed to be recharged again to fix it and nothing else could be done. Owner claimed they had no knowledge of Trane warranty or ability to do anything about that and it had to go through a Trane dealer instead. Owner claimed that emails (one reply back from me per topic for a total of 5 emails sent by me and 9 emails from him some up to 4 in a row) were a form of harassment by me, so emailing was discontinued. Owner did not then reply to any of the letters sent by myself or my advocate. Owner threatened legal reprisal for the emails described as harassment despite constituting no yelling, cursing or threats therein from myself, and specifically if the BBB was contacted for a complaint there would be repercussions for me as noted by the owner. Nothing was said about leaving a review so this seemed to be a safe option still to help others know the facts of this situation. I was advised not to publish anything originally as the threats were deemed credible. Now that I have moved to another location where I will not easily be found it was stated i could likely safely leave a review at least now so long as I did not open a BBB complaint that may give them an address to come after me.
