February 2004, I had Lorenz install a new Trane HVAC system. They replaced my 18-year-old system in less than 6 hours. They did a good job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new system.

Had big issues with my HVAC system. AC froze up and Lorenz was quick to respond. I had a leak in my system causing it to freeze. They shared options and I opted to replace our 20-year unit with a new one. Install was quick and easy and they were much more affordable than other companies. The technicians were friendly and informative. I replaced our thermostat too with a neat SMART thermostat. Thanks Lorenz!

I called Lorenz to get a bid for an installation of HVAC and plumbing system & was told to send them plans. The next day I received an email from them telling me they could not help me. Now I’m hearing commercials on the radio for them advertising for new installation and service…Makes no sense. I won’t be using them or recommending them to anyone in the future.

We have contacted ****** and explained what had happened on our end of this issue and that this was a miscommunication on our part and apologized to her for this having happened. Her last response to us was that she understands, accepted our apology, and "hold no grudges against your company".

I had an appointment for 8:00 and they did not show up. It's not like they had a previous appointment and had to push it back. I was supposed to be the first part of the day.

****************** called us on or about December 15th as a new customer requesting he be scheduled for fall maintenance on his HVAC system. We were able to get him on the schedule for December 16th as the first appointment of the day with one of our service technicians. As this was the first appointment, our policy is to always tell the customer It will be around 8:00 am give or take the drive time to get to your address. We do this because at that time of day, traffic can vary greatly due to people going to work. ****************** called at 8:22 upset that we were not there yet, we had not contacted him, and he wanted to cancel the appointment. Our service scheduler apologized several times during the conversation and agreed that we had made a mistake in not calling to let him know our technician was caught in traffic and would be late - all to no avail. He said our ads were good but he still wanted to cancel the appointment and was going to contact the BBB! As an aside, ****************** said that he had originally scheduled the appointment with another company and it had been five weeks and they had never contacted him so he called us. I believe that our dropping the ball was just the icing on the cake that caused him to be upset.
