  My son is being thrown out because a lady went banging on his door calling him names and accusing him of stealing a phone that was outside and not even her phone but he left it where he found it. After her calling him names and screaming at him he called her a name back and then management demanded that he apologize. He refused to apologize because she was the one in the wrong and then he was told that he wasn't allowed to have any more visitors (he doesn't have visitors anyway because the place is an embarrassment) and theb refused to take his payment and kicked him out

  Was thrown out while stalkers were harassing me. I was on a suicide watch and they kept coming in and out of my room without my say so. I am blind and waiting for my pension, and they have been withholding my mail that would have the pension. I've been trying to talk to the gm but no one is communicating back. My time here for one month has been fraught with charges that do not make sense, and electronics that have been broken. They have taken many things from me, including my food and money. I called the police to try to help, but as a response they tried to throw me out with a made up story. My date to pay is on the 19th and I am unable to since they keep withholding my mail, and therefore my pension. They have been harassing me every time I come out of my room. They threaten my life and making me starve till I'm dead. I have since reached out to senior services disability and abuse hotline to get some help, but I want my story shared.

  I've been living at The Welcome Inn for the last year due to some unfortunate events that took place a gentleman came and popped my tires in the parking lot of The welcome inn and then leaving The Welcome Inn 2 days later I was hit by somebody that drove off due to those two events that took place in the same week I was a couple days late on my rent the hotel wasn't ****** none of it they actually overcharged me by 200 and $50 I was able to help them out with the payment to cover that week for $300 they told me I still owed $175 but they we're willing to give me a chance to pay the rest of it off. Two days later I get woke up by a management demanding me to vacate the room and I had an hour to do so and anything that was left in the room was donated. While doing so I had quite a bit of stuff that was in my room I had my grandmother's grandfather clock I had my mom's stuff and I had some other stuff that I collected I was unfortunately not able to get a vehicle get it there in time and to get all my stuff out so instead of working with me they just threw all my stuff in the dumpster I ended up paying these people $300 for one week that should only have been ************************** out they threw all my grandmother's and my mother's stuff in the trash these people are cold-hearted and don't care about the people that stay there they only care about the money and the way that they can get more money there should be an investigation done on these people and this hotel should be shut down.

  I have.been staying at this location for going on a year and a half. I have seen many things happen that have caused me to deteriorate mentally including to the most recent incident where a family was kicked out on Christmas in the cold with an infant and by my understanding, due to lack of investigation. A newborn baby was born in one of the rooms here at the end of October and passed away the next day after the mother was found to have been he cause of the baby's passing. People have been threatened with possible homelessness, personally hearing security and management openly yell to tenants due to complaints at times. Many have heard and seen owners/ management argue about their adulterous affairs. A big issue that has been affecting many here is the overwhelming overdoses due to the fentynal that is freely moved through here. It is hard to believe how quickly everything is pushed under the carpet and nobody seems to care. Management is not interested in trying to solve these issues. The security in this location is not interested in safety as much as making special room visits. They are more worried about personal satisfaction and hiding the truth from surfacing.I do not know who to turn to for I believe the police are blinded by the lies ha are fed. Recently there was a big flooding of the middle lobby, which I believe has caused more black mold and structural damage. I fear many more people will lose their lives due to overdoses and health issues caused but the many washer and water line issues. The water ** unsafe here for hygiene yet alone consumption. Please don't let this pass thru deaf ears. A true investigation needs to be done in order to protect the people. We are not ok here.

  Worst place ever bugs are everywhere then on top if that management just doesnt care about anything very unprofessional wouldnt recommend this too my worst enemy
