I signed paperwork with them when I took my pet up there to get neutered. I want all of the medical records and receipts.Business response

We have a low cost Vet clinic. It is a service we offer to the community. We have reached out to her several times. We are wanting to refund her but need to know how she wants to be repaid. Please reach out to us or respond to the BBB and we will accommodate you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I want all paperwork I signed and filled out, as well as all medical records from our visit on October 24th, 2022. I want an itemized bill of all services and fees charged to me. once we receive the paperwork, we are seeking a refund for the neuter and any other service that can not be confirmed.
