Lawnscape services area. On 10/11 worker used Edgers along sidewalk where vehicle is parked. I was inside vehicle during incident on the phone when I heard several rocks hit. Damage occurred on trunk lid. I have video footage of date and time of incident. Zooming video shows rocks hitting drivers side window, door, rearview mirror and top of trunk from edger. Owner refuses to repair after he said a dent repair shop told him a edger does not throw rocks that high. I have several lawn professionals to testify they do and at high velocity. I have 3 estimates, dent repair would not repair due to further damage to paint would occur. Second for $2900, third for $1300. I just want it fixed right. I don't care who does it. It's a new car with zero damage or flaws.Business response

I don't feel like we were responsible but I went ahead and paid her the $200 that she requested.
