I placed a phone call order on Friday, November 3rd to order $300 worth of landscaping materials (top soil, 6 yards). The contractor was scheduled to bring the soil to my house on Tuesday, November 7th. The contractor arrived and told me that the job would no longer require the full amount of 6 yards and they communicated this to Load and Go Landscaping LLC, and only loaded 3 yards of dirt ($150) instead of the 6 yards of dirt ($300). I immediately called Load and Go Landscaping LLC on Tuesday afternoon, during business hours, and they were not answering calls. My contractor also tried calling. Wednesday morning, November 8th, I see a charge for $300 on my credit card. I called Wednesday, Nov 8th, and a woman answered saying they do not do refunds. She claims this was "all over their website" and on "my ticket". This is in fact not indicated anywhere on their website as of Wednesday, November 8th at 8:45 am. I took screenshots for proof. It was also not communicated to me during the initial phone call order. I never received the "ticket" since I am not the contractor who hauled the dirt. I was also never even provided a receipt via email, so I have nothing in writing from the business. The woman then proceeded to hang up on me when I said I would like my refund, since I didn't physically take $150 of extra materials. This is incredibly shady and they have more reviews on ****** indicating this has been an issue for others in the past.
