***** was the sales and contact person. On July 27, 2023 I prepaid for yard work. Part of this was for seeding my front yard. They only threw seed on top of the ground and did not cover the entire front yard. They did nothing to prepare a seed bed. Also, they were to trim bushes. They did 3 of the five. The most critical was left untouched. I also had a $40.00 credit from last year. I asked for this and was denied.I have emailed and no response. I want what I paid for seeding, 1/2 of my trimming costs and the $40.00 returned,Business response

We used this company's service last year and I over paid our account in the amount of $147. After serval attempts of calling and emailing about this issue, I received an email responds stating that a credit would be applied to our account this coming season. However, we did not want to use their service this coming year as my husband wasn't happy with the service. They said they wanted to know the reason why we weren't using their service this year before they would issue a check. My husband explained the issues we had with the service. They told us they would issue a check and we have never received a check to date. I called again this week and left message stating that I would have to bring this issue to the BBB and the ************************** I also posted this issue on their FB page. They need to make this right and issue us a check.Customer response

The company sent me a check and it cleared.
