      On February 2023 I purchased a motorcycle from harley ********* not even 2 weeks after I bought the bike they had to do 2400 in repairs for a full engine tear down, then it sat in my garage after me getting the bike back a month later. Tried to ride it this season and the transmission started slipping, I have put a total of 274 miles on the bike and it's had 2 major issues already tried to get them to fix it or do something about it and they told me the only way they can is for me to put ***** dollars down on a new bike. Sold me a lemon and wont fix the bike or get me a different one

      I have been calling for over 3 months waiting to be credited back for the cancellation of gap insurance and an extended warranty purchased with renegade Harley Davidson. The cancellation was requested on 9/8/23. The paper work for the cancellation was submitted 9/12/23 to renegade. It is now 12/11/23 and I still have not been credited for the cancellation. I have stopped in and spoke with finance in person and called for multiple months now

      ****, thank you for taking the time to visit this afternoon by phone.  This is to confirm what we visited about regarding your refunds for your cancelled **************** Plan (ESP) and *** Protection.  The *** cancellation refund check was prepared and processed toward your lienholder,Eaglemark ************ on 11/29/2023. The refund from ********************* Corp was received by our company today on 12/13/2023 and a check was immediately cut and processed toward your lienholder today.  Both of these refunds are now fully processed.
      As we discussed, dont hesitate to reach out for future assistance.  Were happy to assist in any way possible.

      I got a newer bike they are charging a $800 reconditioning fee but they are not fixing the problems with the bikes we had to take ours back in to have the brakes replaced now the water pump is bad the tires are bad the clutch needs to be adjusted and the exhaust someone cut the baffles out of it we only had the bike for about a month

      I still believe the tires should have been replaced I was told I had **** to **** miles left but for $18000 they should have been replaced this is my belief
