I rented 2 units at ABC on separate occasions, with separate contracts. I have kept one completely up to date. The other unit is in default, I don't deny that. I have notifications from them stating back in July they were were auctioning off the unit for past due fees. They have NOT. In fact they are still accumulating fees against me. I have asked them several times to evict me from that unit and they refuse, still gathering fees against me. I have tried to explain the situation and work with them. They refuse. And they have now locked my unit that is up to date on payments. And refused me access to my unit that is current. I've tried explaining that while they keep adding fees I cannot get the unit that is behind paid and the owner stated she didn't care and that even though the other unit is paid, that I could not have access to that unit until the other unit is paid up to date. It's currently over $700 I am on disability and cannot pay that amount. She refuses to stop adding fees and refuses to work with me. She claims I have to bring in $700 at once for her to let me have access to my belongingsBusiness response

Hi ********, The contracts that you signed on 5-13-21 and on 12/10/21 states that if you are not current on rent, you will be locked out of your units. I am rejecting this response because:
I have tried repeatedly to talk to her. She just gets angry demands more money than I can come up with when she keeps adding fees. The contract I signed said I'd be locked out of unit if I wasn't current. All I want is access to the unit I'm current on. She refuses. And keep adding fees.Sincerely,

I have attempted to several times and got the voice when I finally got in touch with someone, I was told they couldn't answer any questions I had to speak with ****. But every time I've called **** isn't there
