On 6/10/2023 I placed an order with FISHICH for eleven (11) different fish antibiotics for a total cost of $1,066.69 on order #974020. Over the following three (3) weeks I received numerous small packages of the different meds and after not receiving any more I went to their website and noticed that they had stated the order was complete but I was still missing three (3) of the medications. As orders were coming in and I noticed problems I went to their Contact Us page, since there is no phone number to call, and would inform them of the problems I was seeing. I have sent them five (5) messages starting on 6/17/2023 and ending on 7/9/2023 and have not received any response. I also replied to the order to the email address [email protected] with the same information that I sent on the Contact Us form and have not received a response. I will attach a Word document that will show what I sent them on their Form as there are not enough characters remaining here. I wanted a refund for $236.97 for the items that I did not receive. Thank you for your assistance.
