      SCAM!! I also ordered under their new name, 5minSkin. I bought two devices in May 2023. I never opened the devices and decided I wanted to return them after learning they are not *** cleared. I initiated a return within a couple of weeks. It took FOUR email exchanges before they finally stopped trying to sell me on keeping the devices, which significantly delayed the return dates; they take 2-3 days to respond to anything. Because there was su CB a massive delay on their part, they agreed to extend my return deadline by another week. NOTE: they have to give you their return address and the ONLY way to obtain it is through email with their customer service. Their return instructions also stated that I needed to email them a photo of the shipping receipt reflecting the date of shipment and tracking information. I did that. The item was received by them in two business days and I immediately followed up with them as soon as I received the information that the items were delivered to them. No one responded. They did NOT give me my refund. Now they are refusing to give my me any refund even though they received the items back. I am sharing this here, everywhere, reporting them to the BBB, my states department of consumer protection and filing a fraud claim with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

      Zero stars in reality! I was charged for something I did not buy, and when I tried to contact them, I was unable to do it. I have PTSD, which prevents me from talking on the phone, unless I want to have a panic attack and throw up. I cant talk also because I have COPD and I cough. So I got on a text and I got a robot, when I ask for a person, over and over, all I got was, I dont understand the question please rephrase it I never got a person! I have to use chat because I cant talk on the phone, so there needs to be a real person on chat! I am working with my bank regarding this matter.

      The machine is worthless and the whole 'business' is a scam. Do not buy and read all of the reviews.

      Same as other customers. I returned the device (because it doesnt work AT ALL!!!) paid for shipping myself, after they authorized a return and promised a refund. They received it and its been months and still no refund. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I have opened a PayPal dispute. Hopefully I get my money back. Oh also when I searched my PayPal transactions for this purchase, their LLC is no longer called rosacare. It comes up as Predator LLC! If thats not concerning I dont know what is!

      I used this product twice (under name 5minskin) and now it will not turn on. Email address in my receipt will not deliver; it says delivery failure. Can't even contact anyone to get a refund!!! This place is a scam and should be shut down!!

      I have had this product since Christmas, my husband bought an extended warranty. I have used 2 x weekly since December 27 the, now Feb 10th it's dead. It started having problems after the first month, now it's done for! Cheaply made, and did not perform on removing hair. I want my money back!!! Cheaply made item. ********

      Watch out. The item arrived just fine. However, it didnt work nearly as well as another brand i tried so i tried to return it immediately. Company dragged out process, tried to convince me to keep it. After at least 10 emails they finally told me where to mail the item (at my expense). Once tracking showed they got the item back i emailed them constsntly for about 20 days. No response. No refund. They got their item back but wouldnt acknowledge it. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Dont believe the 90 day refund claims.

      Won't refund my money. I got email authorization to return due to medical advisement to not use because of skin sensitivity. I shipped it (unused) to the address given (my own cost), sent tracking info, have proof of delivery of the return. Contacted support twice and they keep saying "the request has been sent to billing". It's be 2 weeks since it was delivered back to the company and I have not received any refund. I have now contacted Paypal to do inquiries.
