      If I could rate a 0 I would. Horrible customer service. Started the service back in May, tried to cancel in July and was told to let them come bomb and it would decrease. The spiders instead increased from May to August. I contacted them numerous times explaining how spiders are increasing. They would come spray and put down traps. Spiders would increase again. Was told I would have someone reaching out and it wouldnt be for weeks. Upon deciding to cancel, I was told I would have to pay the cancellation fee for a service that did not do a thing except increase the activity. I sent pictures and proof to them of the spider activity. Still didnt make a difference.I would NOT recommend them to anyone unless you want increased pest activity and household problems. **************** is horrible and they dont care about the customer.

      Hi ********! Looking through your account, I do see that what you are dealing with is a spider infestation. Unfortunately, to fully eradicate spider infestations of this nature, it can take numerous treatments. We have offered free return visits, but after your most recent free return visits, you were not receptive to having another performed. Ultimately we were not permitted to provide what we know will take care of your pest issues and you had opted into the cancellation of your account. Here at *********************, we believe in our product and pride ourselves on our ability to care for people's homes. We feel that another free return visit would've been our best opportunity to care for you, but again, we were not permitted to do so. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call. Thanks!

      Our technician that came to our home today May 29, 2022, was ******. He is most polite young man I've met in ages. He is the epitomy of what excellent customer service looks like. He was great with our animals and had genuine respect for our property. I've had a wonderful experience with Rumble Pest Control both in person and over the phone. I have seen the results work first had and their products are plant based.

      The worst company ever. Charges others peoples credit cards that aren't on the acct or live in the home. Lies above spraying and treating your yard. Worst customer service I've ever come across in a company. Do not use this company

      This is the worst company for communications with the customer the products they use do not work and there's an early cancellation fee hidden in the small print of the contract you never actually received in paper

      After reviewing Mr. *****'s account, I have found that Mr. *****'s service agreement was released to him at the point of sign up. I do also see that Mr. ***** set up roach treatments with us, as they are a pest that require a separate treatment, and it is stated in Mr. *****'s service agreement that these particular roaches, German Roaches, are not included in our general pest service. They require a separate treatment because of their fast reproduction rate, and extreme infestation. This has been explained to Mr. *****. We offer unlimited free return visits for general pests, and return visits every week for 90 days with German Roach treatments. If roach treatments are not scheduled adequately by the customer, continued issues will occur. This has also been explained to Mr. *****. I do also see that our service manager spoke to Mr. ***** on 2/7/23, and tried to reason and offer some solutions. It was explained to Mr. *****, again, that roaches require consistent treatments, and Mr. ***** had not been scheduling these services as necessary. Ultimately, Mr. ***** asked to cancel his treatments and asked that we charge the cancellation fee on 2/8/23. Here at Rumble Pest Solutions, we always try to be as transparent as possible, and are always happy to explain treatment processes and solutions to problems. We feel as though we followed these steps with Mr. ***** to the best of our abilities.

      Technician left a poison bait box that was not properly closed and resulted in my dog being poisoned. The company refused to reimburse me for the veterinary charges that I incurred due to this poisoning. The technician could not tell me what the poison was in the box and even after a phone call to his boss could still not tell me what the poison was. I do not recommend this company to anyone for anything. If it was possible I would have left zero stars but one was the least possible option.

      The salesman are very knowledgeable and straightforward, the technicians are clear and thorough, they have done an excellent job with my properties! 10/10 would recommend!

      I had Rumble Pest come out and they did a great job. The salesman was nice and the technician knew what he was doing. They took care of my big problems and were very flexible with my schedule. Good family business!

      Two trips to property. Unacceptable service. We have had pest control for 15 years and various companies. Until now no problem. Rumble does not have a professional crew or quality products. Upon my cancellation of service they pull out a cancellation fee of $220. Their salesman on two occasions promised me they would not do this. He will not answer my calls. Avoid this provider.
