Date of Transaction: 06/30/2022 Amount paid for service: $301.25 Refund requested: $105 ( 1 hour of labor) Home HVAC Drier Filter replacement. Job began at 10:24am local time. At 11:00am (35 minutes of labor) I was notified by the technician that a piece of his equipment had broke and he needed to return to the office to get a new one. Technician did not returned until 11:57am. I asked the technician if I would be charged for his time away, he said no I would not. He continued work until 12:26pm, a total of 1 hour and 5 minutes of actual labor. Technician said he could only remove 15 minutes off the bill and charged me for 2.25 hours of labor. I called the main office and they told me they would not adjust the charge any further because the technician was "on my job" even though he wasn't physically working on my HVAC System. I would like to emphasize again, the technicians away time was due to a piece of the company's equipment failing, not anything with my HVAC system. I was double charged for labor actually performed. Invoice can be located with my name and address.Business response

Yes the equipment did fail
the customer is being refunded $105.00 for this error
We take pride in all the work that we do and make sure that our customers are happy with the service
I spoke directly to the customer myself and explained the error and that we would refund $105.00 directly to them
