Spent 700 dollars on a fuel filter and a couple other small issues, had it out of the shop not even a month it does the same thing it did when I took it in. They try to tell me it will be 600 for a fuel pump replacement, to which I declined because didnt have the money and they were able to get it running again by putting gas in it. The gas gauge must be off bc the light wasnt even on when it died and I had to take it back in. While they were diagnosing it they tell me Ill just have to pay for the gas put in since thats all they did. When I pick it up, I notice I only have not even a quarter tank, and they had me pay 20 in gas. I call back concerned bc 20 should have got me a lot more. They tell me they actually put 8 dollars in, but charged me 11 to pay the guy to go get it the gas station isnt even a half mile down the road. Do their mechanics not also get an hourly rate? Not only that but the prices they quoted me for the fuel pump were egregious, and do not have to be that expensive. Same for the fuel filter. My car is broke down again, same issues we took it in for and wasted money on for them to get it temporarily running, and it feels like I was scammed. They didnt fix the issue, they made it appear like they did, and charged me insane amounts of money, then wanted more after not fixing the problem in the first place. When it broke down again, it was out of the shop not even a month and doing the same thing it did when I took it in. I feel completely taken advantage of, especially after the ridiculous thing they pulled with the gas. Not only that but if I had known they would do this, that I would spend almost a grand trusting them for them to not take care of me, I would have never took it there in the first place. They played me and financially screwed me. Do not take your car here.
