Absolutely the best property manager I could have dreamed of. She finds GREAT tenants as quickly as each property is available for rent. She responds to tenants needs promptly. She has massive contacts for any work needed to be done at each property. When I have questions about current and future property purchases, she guides me to right path. Shes very knowledgeable of the Springfield market and makes renting out properties very easy. Im glad my friend connected me to her . If you need your property managed, she comes highly recommended

Drury Property Management is WONDERFUL! They have managed our rental properties for years and we have always been in good hands. They provide great reporting, communication, and fast maintenance services. Beyond that, they handle issues quickly and professionally, and have always been reasonable and fair in their pricing. **** and staff was great and friendly to work with .. it's my 1st time to deal with Drury and it was a great experience... The staff in the office is always there to help out ... and when I needed maintenance done on the house I am renting they were quick on it to fix it ... Hands down the most amazing rental company I have had. Anytime I have reached out they have been on top of it and helped in every single way! **** is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her and her company to everyone! **** and the *** staff exemplify professionalism, courteousness, and responsiveness in their daily business. Drury always handles maintenance issues promptly, communicates openly, and makes the moving in process as pleasant as possible. When we needed to find a place to live quickly, **** worked hard to find us a wonderful home on a tight schedule, and that work ethic was evident every step of the way. My family has been renting with Drury for nearly four years and our experience has been so exceptional that we wont even consider renting from anyone else.Review from Jeff F

Fantastic experience!! My home flooded and I was in desperate need of a rental while the house underwent a complete rebuild on the inside. **** went the extra mile to ensure my transition into and out of the rental house went smooth. I have lived in my rental about a year and the landlord **** has been wonderful every step of the way! The initial rental process was clear and professional. Any issues I had with the house throughout the year was handled quickly and follow through on whether the issue was taken care was appreciated!! I was moving to the ***********, ********, area and ran across Drury property management, LLC, and they helped me find a home and made the transition amazing. Every time I reached out to them, they were there to answer the phone and answer all my questions. They made me and my family's transition smooth.
